Avid-PS (Professional Services) project is one of Avid’s base development directions. Everything is acting around one core product – a web-based media asset management system built on SOA principles.

Project consists of a set of customer projects. Customer project is launched every time when another Client’s Product is sold to the customer. Team configures it according to the business processes, integrates with customer’s existing asset management systems, develops other tools, which are specific to the customer but not covered in core product and deploys it to the customer.


  • Demonstrated solid troubleshooting capabilities (hardware, software, applications, OS)
  • Good English (reading/writing/speaking)
  • Strong interpersonal communication (verbal and written) with the ability to work well in a diverse team-oriented global work environment
  • Passion about building high-quality software
  • Ability to work around obstacles without supervision
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Preferences:

    Microsoft Azure, bash scripting, Python, Kubernetes

    Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively coordinate with PM to define the scope, timeline and get assigned to a task
  • Avid software Installation and configurations, licensing
  • Assess project requirements to come up with a suitable hardware specification
  • Create and maintain project documentation (Configuration sheet, Network Diagram, etc.)
  • Professional Development and continuous review of the product suite
  • Appropriate timecards management
