Description: We implement the solution for end-to-end monitoring and analytics of network operations and customer experience. We gather data from netwrok infrustructure and end users and analyse it in order to fix and/or prevent failures and plan changes. It gives a complete view for all levels of network operations and provides meaningful insights on it’s current state, risks and issues. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in IT project managementAt least 3 years of purely development or QA background with great understanding of JavaExperience in managing team(s) Experience with agile methodologies and understanding of waterfallLeadership and team motivation skills, decision makingAbility to guide others through complexity, ambiguity, and uncertaintyConsulting skills, ability to elaborate ideas, explain technical concepts in simple way, convey technical visions to business peopleUpper-intermediate or advanced written and spoken English skills Job Responsibilities: Manage the Dev Engineering team to meet the needs of Engineering group.
