Job Purpose and Responsibilities: The graphic designer and web publisher provides graphic and web support, implementation, production, publishing and testing for online deliverables in multiple languages produced by Oracle.com International Team, on behalf of Brand Marketing. This will include overall editing, creation and publishing of the marketing assets as well as the web publishing content handling, content management and dynamic publishing of flat and multimedia content. The Graphic Designer and Web Publisher works on the company multiple language assets and International sites, providing design, implementation and support for country online content as required, managed through the established Oracle.com engagement, life cycle management processes and best practices. Ability to produce HTML code to a high standard, within the guidelines laid down by Oracle is required. The Role: We’re looking for an experienced graphic and web designer and publisher who is looking to build and flex their skills as part of the Oracle.com International Team. As part of the team, you will work on the editing, creation and production of assets for campaigns and other priority projects in multiple languages designing for a multicultural community across the globe. The successful candidate will be an agile self-starter who is innovative and curious. Requirements: · Minimum 2 years proven experience in designing brand materials & digital content · Strong portfolio that demonstrates experience across multiple digital platforms and channels incorporating best practice, innovative ideas, storytelling, and high-quality production · Experience creating and producing digital content across multiple languages and formats · Experience with B2B and marketing for technology brands is a plus · Hands-on expertise with graphic and web design and production · Excellent communication skills across all levels of engagement: strategy, presenting creative and working with stakeholders · BA/BS qualification in Design, Digital Media or equivalent. · Experience with creative software tools for design and UX (especially Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc). · Minimum of 2 years experience using HTML and CSS in a commercial environment, with the ability to hand-code using code/text editors. · Proficiency in marketing automation applications, web analytics applications, strong database skills and technical understanding of website architecture and mobile platforms. · Skilled in designing on Figma preferred · Proficient in creating concept boards and other visual representations of planned edits · Ability to multitask and work towards several milestone on various projects simultaneously · Creative problem solver who can generate multiple creative solutions to a projectDetailed Description and Job RequirementsResponsible for digital marketing of products or services in support of Oracle's demand generation strategy using tools to optimize marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience with new technology platforms and innovations. Responsible for digital marketing activities to optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness. Executes online marketing programs such as search optimization (paid and natural search), affiliated marketing, social marketing, and viral marketing to create buzz and inbound demand responses. Drive traffic which ultimately generates sales pipeline. Translates ideas used in demand generation into promotional marketing campaigns and advertising personas. Ensures localized content is leveraged for all digital marketing channels including, web, social, paid advertising and outbound emails Conducts analysis for programs effectiveness and uses the findings for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all digital programs. Collects and analyzes digital/internet/website/mobile data and statistics which monitor and measure the performance of digital traffic and activities to support marketing and campaign optimization, lead generation for sales, product and engineering teams for continuous improvements to product and data driven decision making. Applies statistics-based market intelligence to business issues and formulates recommendations on optimizing the user experience and help drive business outcomes. Monitors and analyzes site performance and reviews tracking metrics to provide solutions to increase search engine ranking and creating marketing personas/audience profiles. Researches and evaluates new technology trends and identifies new optimization opportunities. Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5+ years related experience. BA/BS degree or equivalent. Proficiency in web analytics applications, strong database skills and technical understanding of website architecture and mobile platforms.Job:Marketing
