We are currently looking

for an Agile Process Consultant on a long-term basis.

YOU ARE

Demonstrating such experience as

  • At least 5 years of project management in software development industry
  • Program management, especially of multiple projects (50+ FTE)
  • Management of large-scale distributed Agile projects and scaling frameworks (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, [email protected], DAD, etc.)
  • In-depth expertise systemizing fit-for-purpose agile ceremonies across teams and coaching leaders on agile values, project and product management, etc.
  • Demonstrated skill at driving Agile transformations from design to implementation is a must
  • Proven track record of building sustainable iterative delivery
  • Proficiency in assessing how the team is doing and suggest necessary actions to improve while fostering teamwork
  • Knowledge of cultural difference and cross-cultural behavior
  • Engineering, BA Background is a plus point
  • Skills & abilities

  • Being a self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Communicating complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in written form

  • Building relationships and navigating through organizational ambiguity to create a path to value for the team
  • Working effectively with people at VP and C-levels in a large Enterprise organization
  • Active position in Agile and PM community, writing articles, speaking at conferences (will be an advantage)
  • Advanced English level
  • Professional certification

  • Any of ICAgile, Disciplined Agile, Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org
  • PMP or any other PMI (strongly desirable)
  • Kanban University (additionally)
  • SAFe or LeSS (as an advantage)

  • Assessing the current state of the processes and roles in the team and/or customer’s organization and giving a follow up with gap analysis results
  • Designing target process for the teams that will address clients business needs and constraints
  • Settings Agile framework or methodology on the project from the scratch
  • Delivering Agile workshops for teams, leadership, and management
  • Helping to set up metrics on the project/program
  • Consulting and coaching management and project teams
  • Fostering a continuous learning environment
  • Forming productive relationships with peers and peer groups within the organization
  • TOGETHER WE WILL

  • Work directly with SoftServe customers’ team
  • Advice and Consultant SoftServe clients on how to establish efficient SDLC processes and project management practices
  • Implement industry frameworks and their combinations
  • Coach and support Middle and Upper Management of SoftServe customers along their way to Agile transformations
